The Role:

We're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Reconstruction Estimator to join our vibrant team. As a pivotal figure, you will bridge the gap between insurance adjusters and our production team, expertly negotiating and settling reconstruction projects within budgetary guidelines. Your in-depth knowledge of construction and remodeling, especially in the residential sphere, will be instrumental to your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in negotiations with insurance adjusters to finalize reconstruction projects, ensuring terms align with budgetary and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless project progression from estimation through to completion.
  • Leverage your extensive construction and remodeling knowledge to provide precise and reliable project estimates.
  • Promote a culture of synergy, teamwork, and empowerment in alignment with our company values.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and efficiency, embodying our company’s core values in every interaction.
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility, adeptly navigating the dynamic requirements of projects and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Reconstruction Estimator or similar role, with a strong emphasis on residential construction and remodeling.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with insurance adjusters and team members.
  • Adept at analytical thinking and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to be accountable, committed, and process-oriented.
  • A "people person," capable of asserting oneself in a professional, respectful, and determined manner.
