Supportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company. Our mission is to provide the highest level of mental health services to elderly residents of senior communities.

We are seeking a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP to provide medication management in a nursing home setting.

Job Duties:

• Meet with residents
• Create individual care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation

Flexible Work Schedule:

• Self-determine schedule between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday (no weekends)
• Day time hours preferred
• Part-time or full-time (depending on location)

Compensation:

• $700.00 to $1500.00 per day or more depending on license and experience

• Must be licensed in New York State
• Must be board Certified
