Lyon | Stahl Investment Real Estate is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage. With offices in El Segundo, West LA, Long Beach and Riverside, we’ve established ourselves as Southern California’s premiere brokerage specializing in multi-family investment real estate.
We are looking for a skilled IT coordinator who will maintain our information technology systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems. An IT Coordinator must be knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks. They must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
**This is a part-time role based out of our El Segundo office. Approximately 20-25 hours a week**
Responsibilities:
Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices for our agents and staff
Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
Act as link between end users and higher level support
Assist in the onboarding process for agents and staff. This can range from account setup, to installing and configuring software and hardware.
Monitor system and network performance
Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups, firmware updates, etc…)
Maintain IT inventory and keep track of software licenses
Maintain and update technical environment documentation
Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT coordinator or similar role (ideally 2+ years)
Familiarity with the following programs a huge plus (Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Ring Central)
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Must demonstrate ability to learn and continue learning new systems and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as company continues to grow
