JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking content writer to join our marketing team and help our rapidly growing company in the healthcare technology space continue to expand market share.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to think strategically, conceptually, and most importantly, be able to execute. The content writer will be able to identify and produce extensive value drivers, highlight the most impactful key topics, and help build the content strategy across multiple sales campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. The Content Writer will be responsible for a wide variety of projects that will require strong writing and attention-to-detail, including web copy, blog posts, solution briefs, case studies, white papers, sales proposal, and more.

This role reports to the marketing director and works closely with the team to create various campaigns supporting multiple marketing channels and methodologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage content from start to finish, including writing, proofing, editing and publishing
  • Edit and proof all content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and terminology
  • Must quickly learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Lightbeam products and services
  • Proactively research industry, current trends, and conduct interviews for content
  • Work with marketing and sales to support, formulate and deliver highly successful campaigns
  • Generate fresh content ideas, contribute to content strategy, and apply writing and content best practices

  • Self-motivated individual who is comfortable navigating occasional ambiguous tasks
  • Willingness to expand knowledge base via self-directed and mentor directed learning
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

EDUCATION &/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
