Full Job Description:

Position: Hardscape Crew Leader (Foreman)

Summary:

The Hardscape Foreman at Wenke Landscaping is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape construction and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Job Duties Include:

  • Managing the execution of hardscape projects.
  • Overseeing safety, quality, and productivity on sites.
  • Preparing jobsites and managing a crew of 3-5 employees.
  • Operating a range of tools and equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry.
  • Ability to operate required equipment safely.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license

Work Conditions:

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various conditions.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work.

Location: In person

Pay: $27 - $35 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
