Shipping Clerk

Job Type: Full-time Hours: 6 am - 2:30pmMonday-Thursday

PAY: $20.00/hr.

Shift: 6 am - 2:30pm MANDATORY OT is required and will likely happen in October for a Mon-Fri schedule

Summary: Weigh trucks in/out & direct them to the proper location. Prepare documentation for all loads, matching everything up in the correct order. Perform all SAP transactions as directed. Ability to prioritize daily tasks with continuous interruptions and changing priorities. Special projects or other duties as assigned. Ability to work independently, handle adverse situations and problem solve. Effective communication and time management. Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, and Word. Proper email and phone etiquette. Effective use of calculator, fax, copier, printers, and other general office equipment. Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule including overtime. Be willing to work overtime (Friday/Saturday) as required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required.

Must be able to follow instructions, and pay attention to detail. Basic math and reading skills.

Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stretch with no issues
