Job DescriptionJob Description
  • HVAC System Maintenance: Perform routine tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • HVAC System repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
  • HVAC System Troubleshooting: Identify and address system issues efficiently.
  • HVAC System Testing: Conduct tests to evaluate system functionality and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, address their needs and offer recommendations. 
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while working with HVAC systems. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities for invoicing and warranty claims. 
  • Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies through training. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent: Completion of HVAC program
  • HVAC Technician Certification or licensure required. 
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and operation. 
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and physical stamina to complete a full day of service calls.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
