Shift:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle preventative maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery used to make corrugated sheets. Your role ensures all equipment runs smoothly and meets specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with high-speed corrugating machines, robotics, conveyors, mixers, and more.
  • Perform electro-mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Troubleshoot and replace A/C motors, D/C motors, sensors, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
  • Calibrate machines both electrically and mechanically.
  • Schedule and respond to maintenance tasks and emergencies.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
  • Communicate well with all levels of plant operations.
  • Share and gain knowledge with the team.
  • Read and interpret schematics (preferred).
  • Comply with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the corrugated industry.
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing setting handling electrical components and machinery.
  • Ability to use a non-metric measuring tape and perform basic math.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
