We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Cashier to join our team at Stimulant - A Coffee House. This role is crucial for creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers through exceptional service and expert coffee preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee culture and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders with a positive and professional attitude.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to specified recipes and customer modifications.

• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure pricing is correct.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cleaning of equipment and utensils.

• Manage inventory and restock items as needed.

• Educate customers on our coffee blends, teas, and the preparation processes.

• Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service position is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
