Job Title: Associate Print Shop Operator
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32219- onsite
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Contract to Hire)
Conversion Pay Rate: Based on experience and performance

As an Associate Print Shop Operator, you'll be at the heart of our Print to Mail operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating high-speed roll-feed and cut-sheet printers, high-speed mail inserters, SendPro Meters, and other essential equipment.
Managing US Mail and vendor package shipping, mail sort preparation, and quality control processes.
Working closely with senior staff and your team manager to learn the ropes, master new skills, and consistently meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, your attention to detail, and your commitment to upholding our core values of respect, teamwork, and integrity.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 0-1 years in print-to-mail, production manufacturing, inventory control, or related fields. Previous mail room experience is a plus.
Skills: Computer literacy, proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
Attributes: A quick learner with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
