RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates guest and stylist experience
  • Recruitment and on-boarding of team
  • Performance evaluation and coaching of team
  • Scheduling and time management of team
  • Provide professional salon services to adults and children
  • Collaboration and communication with ownership
  • Monitor inventory and replenish product and supplies
  • Maintains salon cleanliness and hygiene

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Arkansas Cosmetology or Barber license
  • Salon and Team Management experience
  • Proficiency in salon services and techniques

  • Comfortable providing services to the most wiggliest of guests
