Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an A-player to be a Director Of Operations and become an integral part of our RoofTek team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations by ordering roofing materials for residential, commercial, and repair contracts, scheduling roofing crews to install contracted roofs, and managing a team to help facilitate ordering and scheduling, communicating with crews and project managers daily to complete jobs, and coordinating dumpster delivery and pickup for jobs.

This is an in-office position so that we can work as a team and problem solve in the moment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices with roofing crews and project managers, interactions with customers
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines for customers, residential and commercial, as well as repairs
  • Track and forecast operational trends, including cost increases, material costs, and analysis to provide leadership team insight to operations
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams, i.e. collections, marketing, leadership
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations, as well as subcontractor agreements

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations, construction project management, or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extreme organization and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Bi-lingual is a must as it will be used daily
  • Knowledge in roofing is preferred, but not required
  • College Degree, or similar, required
