Key Responsibilities:

- Estimating Projects: Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate and competitive bids.
- Bid Schedule Management: Organize and manage the bid schedule for the estimating team, ensuring that all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Weekly Reports: Create and distribute weekly reports detailing the activities and output of the estimating team, including the number and value of bids submitted.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and expectations, and to ensure that all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met and making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Onscreen Takeoff, Procore) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are a plus.
