RDA Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting and shares our practice values. You’ll be working closely with our skilled restorative dentist and supporting our periodontist along with our experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a nurturing and forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to applying your clinical skills as an RDA, you’re a great fit for our team if you’re able to:

  • Assist the doctors with a variety of treatment procedures including advanced restorative and surgical procedures
  • Ensure each patient’s comfort before, during, and after dental treatments
  • Collaborate with the dental team and eager to support and perform the duties needed with competency and a cheerful attitude.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
  • A minimum of three years of experience in restorative and surgical dentistry
  • Proficiency in taking dental radiographs and using dental software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Tue     8:30am – 4:30pm

Wed    7:30am – 4:30pm

Thu     6:30am – 3:30pm
