Job DescriptionJob Description

 Responsibilities Include:

·         Monthly financial reporting including consolidations using GAAP procedures for several entities.

·         Review monthly operating statements to determine the most profitable inventory.

·         Management of job cost reporting and processing.

·         Prepare annual budgets for all entities.

·         Prepare monthly, annual and future cash projections for all entities.

·         Develop and implement new internal reporting and procedures to meet company needs.

·         Maintain prepaid insurance, interest and fixed asset schedules and expense calculations.

·         Prepare monthly report of intercompany balances.

·         Oversee the annual review, audit and tax preparation.

·         Negotiate and maintain banking, insurance, legal and other consulting relations.

·         Oversee all software needs and implementation.

·         Homebuilding Experience preferred.
