Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies and tools to track program outcomes.
- Produce periodic reports and assist with data interpretation for program evaluation purposes.
- Ensure data integrity through regular checks and resolve data entry issues.
- Coordinate data collection and evaluation tool implementation among staff.
- Train and support staff on program evaluation processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of quality improvement.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in public health, community development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing evaluation strategies, including surveys and stakeholder interviews.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and report creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online data entry platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and confidentiality management.
