Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMonmouth County Law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from the initial complaint to the trial phase. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities
*Attention to detail and proofreading skills
*Experience with Large Losses and maintaining organization of files with a significant amount of documents
*Experience with Trial Preparation
*Experience with Memo Drafting
*Experience with Motion Drafting
*Working knowledge of Word, Adobe, and Litify
*The ability to perform independent legal research and obtain a working knowledge of applicable rules for multiple state and federal courts
*Ability to maintain attorney calendar

Requirements
*Proven experience working as a Litigation Paralegal
*Proficiency in legal drafting and contract review
*Strong understanding of legal case management procedures
*Excellent proofreading and editing skills
*Administrative skills to handle office tasks efficiently
*Familiarity with legal document management systems
*Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Paralegal Certification is a plus
