Education/Experience/Requirements: Successful Pre Employment Physical and Valid DL 

Bachelor's degree in a safety and must have experience in construction and or roofing industry and 3 years working in Safety Industry. OSHA 30  hr   

Spanish a plus but not required

Description of Duties

Assist/complete jobsite safety audits

Conduct clientele Safety Planning Meetings

Create, Distribute and Perform Monthly TookBox Talks.

Track Violations of Safety and close calls and maintain safety and health related records as it related to OSHA logs

Presentation of relevant topics at Annual company-wide safety meetings.

Partner with Senior Management, Operations, and Human Resources to understand and execute the safety function as it relates to the company's strategic plan.

Attend all required company meetings

Maintain confidentiality and company, employee, and client information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Efficient in personal time management and prioritizing demands from various parties

Ability to act professionally with clientele

Ability to supervise field personnel; report and/or correct potentially unsafe conditions

Utilize ladders and work at heights to audit rooftop job sites

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Can work independently and manages time well but also can work as a team to enjoy a success as a whole.
