Line Operator/Assembler/Post Soldering

Location: Anoka, MN

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Wage: $18 - $20 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Purpose of the Position:

To add components, wires, epoxy, hardware, and modifications to circuit boards according to customer requirements specified in the job folder. To assemble circuit boards into final assemblies as per customer requirements.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Read and Comprehend Paperwork: Understand blueprints, bills of material, rework instructions, and quality standards.

· Component Addition: Use tools such as pliers, tweezers, cutters, small brushes, microscopes, and soldering irons to add additional components.

· Modifications: Add modifications (e.g., wires, cuts) as specified to meet the revision stated in the job folder.
