Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking Retail Associates to join our tabletop game store team Weekend and evening availability is a must. You will be responsible for selling merchandise, processing shipments, restocking shelves, maintaining store environment, and running events in a retail game store in order to drive company revenue and facilitate customer enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs
  • Explain and recommend products to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Process product orders
  • Maintain inventory
  • Assist in running gaming events
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Keep store clean

Qualifications:

  • Must be available for weekend and evening hours
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
