Summary of Position:

You will architect and create an implementation strategy and data model for a large Salesforce implementation. You will put technical solutions in place for identity and access, implement data and process integrations, and design solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs. Interact with various business team members to gather requirements, design, development, implementation & enhancement of projects using Salesforce.com CRM & followed Agile (SCRUM) & Waterfall Methodologies.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Create and document solution design that is in line with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) best practices for use of data raptor, omni script, cards, and integration procedures

· Design leveraging a data-driven design framework, and leverage force.com or Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) features as appropriate to the overall design

· Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements and sizing of projects

· Set best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and iterative refinement

· Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to help assist with estimation for major new initiatives

· Contribute by creating reference architectures, common patterns, data models and re-usable assets that empower our stake holders to maximize business value using the breadth of the Salesforce solutions available, also harvesting knowledge from existing implementations

· Review to ensure that the design is comprehensive and addresses all requirements

· Code for complex components

· Review code created by the developers based on requirements

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field

· 5-15 years of overall IT experience with a demonstrated track record of major solution design/architecture contributions in a large enterprise

· At least 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.com which includes prior experience customizing Salesforce using APEX classes/triggers, VF pages, Lightning as well as Integration technologies (such as SOAP or REST) Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture, and development) Agile delivery experience

· Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components

· OmniStudio certification

· Energy and Utilities Cloud experience

· Strong Oral and Written communications skills

· Strong experience in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Batch Classes, Schedulers, SOQL and SOSL

· Should have excellent understanding of Salesforce governor limits and should be able to suggest and select the best optimized solution

· Should know about usage of AppExchange and utilization of existing salesforce tools and apps
