Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Children's Party Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging, fun-filled activities at children's parties. This role involves entertaining children, managing party schedules, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize a variety of entertaining activities, games, and crafts suitable for children of different ages.
  • Lead parties with enthusiasm, ensuring all children are engaged and having fun.
  • Coordinate with parents and caregivers to understand their expectations and any special requirements.
  • Set up and clean up party venues before and after events.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during parties.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of our party services.
  • Handle any unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, teaching, camp counseling, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and energetic personality with a passion for entertaining children.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic first aid certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
