Dynafios is seeking a Project Manager in our Issaquah office location. This is an IN OFFICE position. The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record managing the entire project life cycle from kickoff to launch. Successful candidates are excellent communicators, problem solvers, collaborative and can work on several projects in parallel.
The SaaS Project Manager has the primary responsibility of delivering the projects that match customer business objectives including time frames, quality, customer satisfaction, and budget.
Job Description
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment
- Responsible for project planning, overall project scope and managing costs/budgets. Create and manage project timelines and document meeting notes, progress, and risks. Report and escalate to management as needed
- Facilitate decision making on project priorities while effectively balancing multiple needs and drive communication channels with key stakeholders
- Ensure engagements and projects are well defined and planned, executed efficiently, and delivered with high quality and predictability.
- Manage and maintain project engagement information including requirements definition, scope, solutions, costs estimates, schedules, metrics, status reporting etc.
- Manage and track solution delivery to completion with planned tasks, risks, issues and unknowns with defined resolution plans
- Maintain complete documentations and follow organizational processes to ensure successful adoption and usage of products.
- Organizing development, design, and marketing teams to meet deadlines
- Developing a product plan—both for the initial minimum viable product (MVP) and for future feature updates
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking bugs and tickets and coordinating user feedback collection
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flows, solutions sales process and industry news and market dynamics.
- Develops KPI measurements for completion of bug tickets, release schedule and development timelines.
