Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for our youth.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Foster growth and well-being through positive interactions.
  • Maintain professionalism while building supportive relationships.
  • Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Document care attentively and confidentially.
  • Intervene with compassion in crisis situations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with youth is required.
  • Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, including active client engagement and physical management interventions.
  • A valid MA driver's license is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  •  
  • Employees will be required to intervene in order to de-escalate and/or provide safety and, if essential, provide physical management of clients using methods and techniques approved by Seven Hills Foundation and appropriate to the setting.
