Job DescriptionJob Description

Flagship Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator/Adm. Asst. for its Warwick Office to support the efforts of the company Recruiters. This is a temporary part time position with the opportunity for growth (full time and permanent) for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include: greeting visitors, posting job opportunities, sourcing and reviewing resumes, identifying qualified applicants, scheduling interview appointments, completing the application process of all required paperwork, reviewing time sheets and payroll reports. Will maintain and coordinate healthcare enrollment of temporary employees, complete filing and reporting of government required documents, maintenance of personnel files, and varied office duties.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, be adept at social media, be proficient using Excel and Word, and truly enjoy working with the public. Must be reliable, be a motivated self starter and have a professional demeanor.

Prior experience working in a staffing firm, or prior experience working as a temporary employee is helpful.

Work schedule will be approximately 20 to 25 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. Can be flexible with work schedule. Must be able to pass a background check.
