Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure the correct items are selected.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs unassisted as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
