Opportunity Stanislaus is helping Repsco recruit a Stacker.

This position lifts the slip sheet off of the production line, inspects it, and stacks it in a neat and orderly fashion on the pallet.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be stacking slip sheets on pallets in a neat and orderly fashion.
- While doing this will be looking for any quality problems of any kind and if found will bring them to the attention of the operator.
Will also be required to adjust the rotary die, help band pallets, deliver trim to the grinder, watch the line for problems, handle scrap, and track production quantities.
Must always follow all of the safety rules all of the time.
- Must work in a safe and responsible manner, and promote the same in others.
- Help find unsafe conditions, correcting them if possible, and reporting them if not.
Keep the plant and the immediate work area clean and orderly at all times.
- This includes the care and cleaning of all tools and equipment, and everything used will be returned to its proper place.
Will be responsible for helping to ensure all quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Will visually inspect all products looking for quality exceptions.
This position requires standing for long periods.
Must be able to bend, twist, and lift 50 pounds safely.
Good eyesight or corrected vision is mandatory.
Perform any other duties that are required for the satisfactory performance of the job.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

Must have the ability to read and comprehend safety rules, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Must be able to do basic math calculations and be able to work with weights and measures.
Must have the ability to learn to operate the required equipment on the production floor. This might include any piece of equipment deemed necessary in the execution of the job.
