Positions: LVN - Home Health Field Nurses

Shift (s): Per Diem, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $26.00 -$32.00 (Overall Range) Case/Patient Specific -- $250 Bonus

  • Current patient needing coverage is a 10 year old GT/Trach/Vent in Rosemead, hours available below:
    • Morning Shift (s): Sunday-Sunday 8 AM - 4 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM
    • NOC Shift(s): Sunday-Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM, 10 PM - 6 AM

Other Patient Location(s): La Mirada, Whittier, South Whittier, Arcadia, Pasadena, Alhambra, La Puente, Monrovia, Azusa, West Covina, Pomona, Montclair, Ontario, Montebello, La Verne, Upland, and many more surrounding cities

Level of Care: Gtube, Trach and Vent

Responsibilities:

  • Following Plan of Care
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Educate and update patients/family on medical treatments
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year LVN experience. **NEW GRADS are considered for job openings too**
  • Current CA Vocational Nurse License
  • Current CA Driver License
  • CPR Cert. (Must be Healthcare providers/American Heart Association) no online certificates
  • Current TB-PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
