Career Strategy Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a large manufacturing client near Sinton, TX. This is a full-time permanent position that will offer a generous base salary and benefits package, a lucrative bonus incentive, and provide substantial growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in achieving results
  • 10+ years' experience in maintenance management role industry dealing with preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience providing technical guidance and development of maintenance workforce
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Job requirements are:

  • A BS Mechanical Engineering or vocational technical degree is preferred, with Preventative maintenance and lean skills, and Strong leadership, team, interpersonal and communication skills are essential to being effective in the position.
  • 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience, in a plant environment, preferably metals, steel, or other related heavy industry, with Union relationship experience.
  • Excellent technical skills in machinery, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, microprocessors, PLCs and electrical systems/equipment.
