Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Technician based out of Flanders, NJ. The technician will be responsible for conducting general maintenance and repair tasks, fit-out installations, potentially some carpentry, metal work, etc. The role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with a team to ensure efficient operations and timely maintenance of facilities and equipment. Experience in the construction field is ideal but not required, the ideal candidate will be suitable for a team-lead position after training. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Employees typically meet at the shop in the morning then travel to designated site, therefore candidate must be willing to travel (with a company-provided truck) and occasionally perform overnight work. There is often opportunity for overtime. Pay based on experience, benefits and PTO provided. Many of our employees are granted a company vehicle and cell phone.
