Shipper Receiver

We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team in our Worcester, Massachusetts Distribution Center.

Position will include an excellent starting wage of $19 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and 401-K savings plan.

Shipping & Receiving

• Pick, pack and ship product to our customers and vendors.
• Pull and label products for shipments.
• Receive and account for the contents of inbound orders.
• Implement shipping options for common carrier shipments.
• Receive and handle vendor deliveries, completing paperwork as needed.
• Use UPS, Fed-Ex and WorldShip to generate shipping labels.
• Assist with customers at our retail counter as needed.
• Assist with keeping a clean and orderly facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 2 year forklift experience
• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must demonstrate good attention to detail

And we would prefer:

• Previous work experience in a shipping and receiving role
• Experience using shipping software such as: UPS WorldShip or Fed-Ex
• Previous experience in dealing with customers
