Job Summary -
The Consulting Business Analyst specialist role is responsible for providing support on different activities related to revenue management.

Responsibilities -

  • Creates financial understanding of our Client Projects.
  • Works with the field on updating the forecasts.
  • Updating the project Notes understanding the project status.
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage tasks identified by the role that improve efficiency.
  • Provide proactive, timely and actionable analytics, with a focus on improving MP/EM productivity highlighting potential challenges in their client projects
  • Communicate consulting processes, operational updates, and best practices within the consulting field.
  • Comfortable to partner, influence and build a trust-based, value-added relationships with our different consulting partners
  • Able to identify complex problems and successfully escalate (and work with) them to appropriate teams

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree Required, advanced degree a plus
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Salesforce knowledge is a positive (Kantata)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience and aptitude to work with different data sources with strong analytical skills and experience
  • A proactive thinker who thrives on using data to tell a story with actionable insights.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with little direction, a self-starter Team Player
  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills and must have a high attention to detail
