We’re client drive Our team is able to acquire quality, long-term customers for our clients while driving revenue for Rush Innovation and our big box retail partners, allowing for a domino effect of success.

We work with global industry leaders to provide the most efficient direct sales and marketing strategy, convert that strategy to actions and deliver the sustainable success they desire.
Essential Functions:
  • Meeting with customers face to face and assessing their needs
  • Acquiring new accounts
  • Learning and understanding product knowledge
  • Customer service
  • Creating a positive buying experience
Qualifications:
  • Education/Experience -
  • Higher Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred – Associates degree required 
  • Communication Skills-
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management.
  • Leadership Skills-
  • Prior lead or supervisory roles. Involvement in charity, fundraising, sorority / fraternity, or sports is a plus
  • Reasoning Ability- 
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.
Other Skills-
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem solving 
  • Accountable and outgoing
  • Work Hours- Retail hours, flexible schedule. 40 hours a week.
