Job DescriptionJob Description

Core Duties

Ø  Facilitating timely and accurate communication

Ø  Serve as a liaison to the insurance companies, CPA’s, and other approved vendors.

Ø  Review life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.

Ø  Track and process all case requirements and due dates. 

Ø  Order medical records and paramedical exams.

Ø  Coordinate planning discussions with current clients.

Ø  Receive and prepare documents for signatures.

Ø  Manage ongoing policy maintenance to ensure premiums are paid on time and index allocations are updated prior to maturing.

Ø  Log all calls and interactions in applicable CRM software.

Ø  Additional duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Ø  3-5 years Case Management experience in life insurance or financial services industry.

Ø  Proficient with MS Office, ability to work with multiple systems, and learn new technology as needed.

Ø  Valid US Work authorization.

Ø  College degree in Business or related filed preferred.

Skills

Ø  Strong interpersonal skills, articulate with written and verbal communication.

Ø  Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.

Ø  Ability to self-prioritize tasks

Ø  Persistent follow up.
