Information Technology: Help Desk Technician

The law firm of MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton, the largest law firm in Northwest PA, seeks an entry level full-time Help Desk Technician to work with our attorneys and support staff to provide end-user technical support. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, be pro-active, have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior IT experience or a recent-computer science or related degree is required, along with extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems. Compensation will be based on skill level and experience.
