As a Warehouse Packout Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production and distribution of their top-tier compounds. You will be responsible for packing and preparing their products for shipment, contributing to their reputation for exceptional quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently and accurately package compounds for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

- Operate packaging machinery and equipment to fill, label, and seal containers.

- Conduct quality inspections to verify that all products meet their high-quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using their inventory management system.

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed.

- Willingness to work a rotating 12-hr shift schedule throughout the week.
