We are looking for a team-oriented, client-experience super star that happens to understand full cycle accounting, some tax, and a little "I'll figure it out".

We work with an outsourced data entry team to close books monthly. This position will work with our team in the Philippines to complete monthly closes for dental practices then compile and issue cash basis financials monthly. The team overseas does most of the data entry, so this position is responsible for quality control, payroll booking, and higher level journal entries as needed. Someone with 1-3 years of experience at a small to mid-size accounting firm doing bookkeeping would fit right in.

We pride ourselves on being customer focused, therefore a successful candidate will be very responsive to emailed requested from clients and have the availability to schedule client calls 2-3 days a week averaging 1-3 calls per day.

We are a group of women only and are women owned. I personally have been raising 4 kids with this flexible schedule and am so grateful for the opportunities it has afforded me.

There is unlimited flex time, 3 weeks of paid vacation, and 11 paid holidays.
