  • Supervision and Leadership:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor work progress, and ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and to the required standards.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
  • Preventive Maintenance:

  • Inventory and Budget Management:

    • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring that critical components are available when needed.
    • Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards of maintenance.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency within the maintenance department.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
