The Sales Associate is an “in-training” position intended to prepare the occupant for a position in the Cluster Sales Department within one year. As a training position duties will include
Assisting the Market Manager with daily tasks including order entry in our inventory system, full use of our CRM, and other work as directed by the Market Manager. This position will also be working with our business department on office tasks like answering the phones, making deposits, office machine maintenance, and mail distribution.
The “in training” for our sales department will require an interest in becoming a full-time Account Manager. This position will be learning how to approach new customers, build effective schedules, understand marketing, learn how to create proposals, learning sales tactics and strategies to build revenue for their customers and Results Radio.
