Position: Part-Time to Full-Time

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate licensed medical esthetician/laser technician knowledgeable in medical, skin, and laser procedures, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin care product sales, laser hair removal, with Radio Frequency experience as a plus.

Med Spa Hours:

  • Sunday - Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and ensure their comfort during procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
  • Book appointments, process checkouts, and follow up for future appointments.
  • Educate members and guests on services and products, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to accept constructive criticism.
  • Help meet monthly team sales and revenue goals, with bonus payouts for achieving targets.
  • Build a client base through membership sales, retail product/service sales, and entrepreneurial orientation.
  • Educate patients on recommended retail skin and wellness products for at-home maintenance.
  • Enhance patient retention through relationship-building and excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Multi-task and assist with office duties when not performing procedures.
  • Provide treatments, including but not limited to:
    • Laser Hair Removal
    • Laser Skin Rejuvenation (Skin Tightening, Photofacials, etc.)
    • Laser Vein Therapy
    • Radio Frequency Firming and Fractional Non-Ablative Resurfacing
    • Chemical Peels
    • Microdermabrasion
    • Customized Facials
    • Microblading

Education / Experience:

  • Active State Esthetician License.
  • Active State Laser License (preferred/training available).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the esthetics/skin care industry (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of laser and Med Spa experience (preferred).
