Lantern Program Licensed Clinician

This is a grant funded partnership between Freedom House Recovery Center and Orange County Criminal Justice Resource Department. 

 

Create CCAs for justice involved individuals exiting the Orange County Jail

Develop the Person-Centered Plan with the client, stakeholders and Peer Support input

Provide individual, group or family counseling/therapy to clients as indicated in the Person Centered Plan and specific program requirements.

Provide Diagnostic Assessments in support of enhanced services.

Assure that all authorizations for outpatient therapy are current and are updated in a timely manner.

Oversee Peer Support's efforts to support the client in reaching goals.

Provide input for Treatment Team Meetings.

Provide telephone contact with clients and stakeholders to assist the client in meeting the goals specified in the Person Centered Plan.

Maintain open communication with treatment team as it relates to the progress and needs of the clients.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisors.

NC TOPPS completion as required.

Maintain a scheduled of visits to Orange County Jail

Position has potential to be hybrid

 

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree

Licensure in LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, LMFTA (Required)

Experience with justice system a plus

One year of experience also a plus
