Leasing Agent

DIRECT HIRE

RemX has an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent for a property management company located in Savannah, GA near Wilmington Island.  

Hours: 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday

The responsibilities of this position: 

• Obtain properties
• Lease the properties (list, show, screen)
• Manage move ins, transitions, and move outs
• Build relationships with property owners 
• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Screen and assist with the application process from start to finish
• Update property photos and videos to the rental listings website
• Schedule and perform in-person showings of available properties at least once a week
• Schedule open houses as needed 
• Maintain constant communication with new approved applicants.  Coordinate their move-in date, ensure all paperwork and payments are received, and check-in with new residents after move-in.  
• Coordinate move out dates for residents who are moving out. 
• Coordinate leasing specials
• Social media marketing 
• Work in leasing related software: showMojo, LeadSimple, Vacancy Tracker

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• The ability to work between two office locations
• Solid technical skills
• Team player, able to build rapport with internal and external customers
