The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization is seeking a detail oriented, professional leasing consultant/administrative for our luxury high rise in Clifton, NJ

Requirements:

  • 2 plus years of leasing experience
  • 2 years assistant office experience
  • Proficiency with MRI Property management software
  • Proficiency with MS word, excel, and outlook
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills service skills
  • Detailed/organized
  • Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

  • Type leases
  • prepare move-in files
  • take and process applications
  • answer telephone inquiries
  • show apartments to perspective residents
  • walk vacant ready apartments
  • daily contact/communication/trouble shooting with the Corporate office, residents, vendors and all levels of staff
