We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our Farm Bureau Insurance agency team You will be assisting in the sales process by communicating with potential clients to offer insurance quotes, managing social media and other marketing efforts, and benefitting the agency with your applicable skills as you help us grow. This associate will receive on-the-job training in office. Once established, occasional remote work may be possible. There will be regular hourly compensation and commission for sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow our agency through new and existing clients
  • Create and deliver sales presentations on residential insurance products
  • Initiate and manage social media presence
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize client correspondence and paperwork

Qualifications:

  • Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required
  • Property & Casualty producer licensed or committed to becoming licensed
  • A patient, caring and positive temperament
  • Ability to build genuine rapport with clients
  • Articulate and efficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable work ethic and honest character
  • Enthusiastic sales and marketing interest
