Search Is Over LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Therapists for a local client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Participate in regular training and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Open to those who have completed 40-hour course but require supervision)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
