Full Time: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00/hr

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Entering and Verifying Employee Hours and Timecards for processing of Billing and Payroll in a timely manner (weekly).
  • Accurately Run Full Cycle Payroll and Invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Computes weekly payroll on QuickBooks; has knowledge of hourly, weekly, etc. wage calculations, deduction rates and limits and Sate & Federal Labor Laws
  • Create and submit weekly invoices.
  • Pay State & Federal Liabilities weekly (940, 941, EDD's)
  • Process Collection Statements and contacts clients to obtain payment.
  • The ability to administer reports for payroll and invoicing history.
  • Skills should include computer skills; accurate data entry, attention to detail and reading notes, well organized to handle a large volume of work, multi-task and enjoy working with deadlines, excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and procedures
  • Assist in interviewing and placements of all levels of candidates.
  • Delivering high quality service to customers and employees.
  • Answering phones and assisting with general office duties
  • Recruiting (Full Spectrum of Positions).
  • E-Verify

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Run a full payroll desk
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks (Mandatory)
  • Computer literate: MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish - Fluent)
  • Well organized & detail oriented
  • Multi-task and meet deadlines (goal oriented)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Staffing background strongly preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in payroll and/or staffing preferred
