Quality Engineer
Continuous Improvement Engineer (Quality Engineer)
You will generate and manage variance requests with customers.
Performs training sessions with inspectors.
You will manage the Material Review Board
Maintain calibration system.
Perform internal audits.
Support Documentation Control as approval participant.
Generate and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Participate in new design process.
Generate AS9102 FAIRs.
Support 3rd party audits of quality system as needed.
Facilitate RMAs for customer returns.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
Must have knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards.
5+ years of experience within the quality profession.
Knowledge and experience with LEAN, and 8D tools.
Experience leading teams and working with customers.
Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems.
Experience in internal auditing.
Excellent organizational skills.
