This rewarding career opportunity is ideal for a person with both leadership and banking deposit services experience. The position is responsible for the leading and managing the Deposit Services team to achieve operational success in order to support and meet the Bank’s overall objectives.

What are the Responsibilities:
- Provides the Deposit Services team with management, leadership, coaching and mentorship in order for them to meet their operational requirements and to ensure compliance with Bank operating policies and procedures;
- Provides leadership in the resolution of problems and the implementation of appropriate procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency relative to operations and customer service for both external and internal customers;
- Ensures maximum departmental efficiency by completing tasks on a timely basis and providing quality customer service;
- Remains aware of changes in legislation and practices that affect product applications and recommends changes in Bank policies and procedures in order to comply with such changes;
- Responds to requests for research and analysis, as well as answers employee and customer inquiries as needed;
- Evaluates, installs, configures, and deploys new product applications, and/or enhancements to existing applications and ensures that any product issues are resolved as quickly as possible;
- Keeps informed of vendor product enhancements and works with users to increase product utilization; and
- Ensures accurate information retention and record keeping.
Qualifications
Required:
- A high school diploma or GED;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required;
- Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to coach, provide feedback, hold team accountable in a positive, productive working environment;
- Ability to positively interact with internal and external customers;
- Ability to problem solve and think critically and analytically through complex situations;
- Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study; and
- A thorough knowledge of the deposit operations function including regulatory compliance requirements.

Our Operations Center: 100 V-Twin Drive, Gettysburg PA.
