We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacist to join our team. As a pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately dispensing prescribed medications to patients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Counseling patients on the proper use of medications, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Reviewing medication orders and patient profiles to assess the appropriateness of prescribed medications and dosage regimens.
- Providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals, including indications, contraindications, and therapeutic alternatives.
- Compounding medications as needed and ensuring the quality and integrity of compounded preparations.
- Conducting medication therapy management (MTM) services to optimize medication therapy outcomes and improve patient adherence.
- Promoting health and wellness through patient education on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Managing medication inventories, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of medication dispensing, patient counseling sessions, and pharmaceutical care activities.
- Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.
- Engaging in continuing education and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in pharmacotherapy and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care outcomes and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
- Valid state pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and medication therapy management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
