Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Handyman/Maintenance Assistant. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for several residential apartment buildings in the West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles area

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders for tenants in a timely fashion
  • Perform light building maintenance tasks (i.e. painting, carpentry, moving furniture, light plumbing, cleaning), as trained and assigned
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Replenish bathroom and common area supplies, as needed
  • Respond promptly to executive management maintenance requests and projects, as requested
  • Maintain regular communication with senior maintenance personnel
  • Clean entryway, hallways, roof, courtyard, parking garage as needed

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Driver license and vehicle – car allowance provided
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
